“Stakeholder Engagement for Change Agents“
In partnership with ANZSOG, IPAA NT invites our members and public sector leaders to hear from world-class leadership practitioner, Paul Porteous, presenting Stakeholder Engagement for Change Agents.
Paul’s extensive leadership experience working world wide as a senior diplomat, international lawyer and consultant and Fellow at Harvard’s Centre for Public Leadership has given him valuable insights into leadership in the public sector.
In Australia, Paul is Director of Leadership and International Development at the Institute for Governance and Policy Analysis at the University of Canberra and also Director of the Centre for Social Leadership, developing innovative programs across government, business and community sectors focused on social impact, cross-cultural relations and conflict management.
A thought-provoking leadership theorist and practitioner whose focus is not on heroic individuals but on collectively exploring innovative solutions to complex contemporary problems, Paul has delivered seminars and courses on leadership for ANZSOG since 2010 and continues to deliver specialised training in Australia and overseas for senior government executives.
